What we use and why
Contact enquiries
We use your name, email address and message to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in managing enquiries, balanced against your rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). Records relevant to a dispute may be retained as necessary to establish or defend a right (Article 5(2)(e)).
Stay on the Sweet Side.
We use your newsletter email and subscription choice to send news and promotional emails only when you select the separate, unchecked consent box. The basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). Sending a contact enquiry does not subscribe you. Withdraw consent using an unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Site operation and security
Wix processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser/device details, requests and security logs to operate visitor and form sessions, deliver content, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. This limited processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating a secure site and respecting your choices (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
Optional map
Google Maps loads only if you allow functional cookies. It may then receive your IP address, browser details and map interactions. Loading the embedded map is based on explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). You can read the address and use the site without accepting the map. Analytics and advertising tracking tools are not enabled.
We collect information electronically from your forms and emails, and technical data through browser requests, cookies and local storage. Please leave unnecessary identity, payment or health details out of messages. This site does not collect orders or payment details; linked ordering providers process data separately for their own services.
Who may receive data
Data may be accessed by authorised business staff handling your request and Wix infrastructure providing hosting, Wix Forms, contact/subscription records and email delivery. Contact notifications go to info@machimachi.com.tr and are processed by the mailbox provider. Google receives map data if you permit the map. Where legally required, relevant information may be provided to competent public authorities or legal advisers.
Wix cloud infrastructure and Google services you allow may process data outside Türkiye. International transfers are subject to the separate conditions in KVKK Article 9; submitting a form or reading this notice is not blanket consent to a transfer. You may contact us for information about service providers and transfers.
Retention and changing your choices
Contact records are retained for handling the enquiry and, where applicable, associated legal obligations or claims. Newsletter data is used while your subscription continues; marketing stops after withdrawal. Limited evidence of consent or withdrawal may need to be retained to protect a right. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the reasons for processing and retention end.

Your rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, its purposes and recipients; correction of inaccuracies; and deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply. You may request notification of these actions to recipients, challenge an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
Email info@machimachi.com.tr with questions or requests, or send a written request to the registered address above. Formal KVKK applications may use the methods in the Communiqué on Application to the Data Controller, including email from an address previously provided to us and recorded in our system. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to match a request to the correct person.
